I must warn you that this story is Slash/Yaoi/Gay. It is what is called a Creature!fic. In it Harry is part magical creautre and goes into his Inheritance on his 18th birthday. Many secrets are discovered; such as Lily Evans is not truly his mother, Dumbledore is not the old kind grandgather figure Headmaster people think him to be, and Voldemort is not truly a slimy snake-skinned murderous f***er we think him to be.
 
This "character" is actually Harry but his creature turns his body into a male/female body. He later learns from the Goblins at Gringotts what his true heritage is. There is a lot of Hermione, Ginny, Dumbledore, Light, and Molly bashing in it. So, if you do not like any of this ignore it but if you like it go to the link!!

How do Hollow Betas find their mates?
They have a mating where the Betas' pheromones call out to Alpha Visards, Arrancars, Hollows, and Shinigamis fight each other to claim the Betas.
 
Are all Betas female?
Oh ho ho, definately NOT! Ichigo Kurosaki is a Beta!
 
How does a Beta keep from getting attacked/ravished by all the Alphas?
They either kill the Alphas or give themselves to a powerful Alpha as a wife and have the Alpha keep the other suitors away by claiming the Beta as their's for eternity.
 
Is there a way to break the bond between an Alpha and their Beta?
No. Even when the Alpha dies the Beta will always be there, never to be claimed by another. Though if a Beta dies the Alpha is free to claim another Beta, as long as their last Beta didn't mark them as their's if the Beta does than the Alpha will always belong to that Beta just as the Beta will always belong to the Alpha.
 
Other:
*When beginning their mating the Beta can use both their Hollow abilities and, if they are one or the other or both, their Arrancar/Shinigami abilities
*Alphas can only use their Arrancar/Shinigami abilities
*Alphas must defeat the Beta before claiming them to show dominance so the Beta will accept them as both their mate and the sire of their later on offspring
*As a defence mechanizim during the mating the Beta will fire off ceros if touched by an Alpha when they do not wish to be
*If an Alpha tries to defeat a Beta to claim them and loses the Beta may either kill the Alpha or take them as a slave
*During mating the Arrancar/Visard/Shinigami laws have no effect, giving both the Betas and Alphas the right to kill another Alpha. Though the Betas MUST stay alive or the Alpha who caused their death will be given the death penalty
